Other Information
There is a cap of 54players with a waiting list. The typical divisions will be offered: Open, A, B, C, open to coed play. Ladies divisions if there are enough entries to accommodate and Juniors divisions and Age divisions.
Play will start Friday at 3 pm with finals played Sunday. If you choose to enter please be prepared to commit yourself to being available to play during the entire weekend, failure to make your play time will result in forfeit of game and no one likes to win by forfeit. Players are asked to be at the club at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled game time in order to keep the courts full and on time as much as possible.
Matches will be best 2 out of 3 to 15 tie break to 11 win by 2 in the tie break. Losers of their game will be expected to referee the next match on that court
Please note, once you have registered there will not be a refund issued after the tournament except in special circumstances to be approved by the tournament committee. So please be committed to playing and being available throughout the weekend. We look forward to seeing all of the players at Rosters in September.
