Hillcrest Christian School is providing racquetball lessons for the grade 3-12 students during their regularly scheduled PE classes as follows below:
Grades 3-6: Wednesdays, January 22 & 29 from 12:30-2pm
Grades 7-9: Tuesdays, January 21 & 28 from 1:30-3:30pm
Grades 10-12: Thursdays, February 6 & 13 1:30-3:30pm
This is a program that is free for the students, but we ask that they each purchase a $5 Racquetball Canada membership to help support the sport as well as it acts as a waiver for the event.
The Alberta Racquetball Association has generously sponsored our court time each year, and this is one way we can help give back to the sporting community, as much of their funding is directly influenced by membership numbers.
Racquets, balls and safety glasses will be provided for the lessons. Participants must wear non-marking athletic shoes.
